How can 2Hx get 40, and 2H 20?!?

In most cases the overcaller has 5 heart tricks (a vulnerable overcall is for sure 6+ cards against seroius opponents) and two minor aces. If the king of spades is placed good (or bad for us), our brilliant double gets -670. 

IMO, since we are playing IMPs (clearly noted), 2Hx should get at least -50 (if possible). Gambling +200/-670 instead of +100/-110 is just horrible bridge.

Thanks. When I entered boards to database I forgot to mark that board as MP. I gave 2Hx 40 because you will probably beat it -1 if spade king is onside. In IMP it is foolish to X 2H as you stated.
