The scores here cannot be right:

3H by E/W gets 10 because you're going to score +140
4H by E/W gets 6 because you're likely to get -50 on halfway competent defence
3C by N/S gets 2 (presumably because it's making), so -110

We passed 2NT by North out, so we're getting +200 once we take the first 9 tricks (no way in a zillion years is East leading a Club on this (Precision) auction), but we score a zero? ROFL

This board is just a mess. There is no way north can have a normal 2NT "natural" bid. Perhaps it is showing both minors, but then south should bid 3C. Scores are also wrong. No way to make 4H, and 3C is just a silly end contract. Forget this board. I will fix it...
